About Albedo Glass

I first fell in love with stained glass when I was five, and have always wanted to be surrounded by their beauty. Unfortunately every time I found something I liked, I also realized that it was out of my price range.

I was determined to make things that I, as well as others, could actually afford - thus a few years ago I took a class and immediately picked up on the art. Along the way I found out that part of the reason they all cost so much was the wood frames. Thus you will find that the majority of my pieces only have metal frames. In some cases certain pieces may have wood frames, which are needed due to the complexity of the pattern. If you absolutely must have a wood frame, I can easily add one, but it will subsequently increase the overall cost of the piece.

Of the pieces I have done, a good number are my own original designs - and have only been made once. Pictures do these no justice, as you can't see the light coming through to show the true colors, and you are missing out on the image that gets cast on the floor.

If you want to custom order something, I can replicate just about anything - the imagination and some technical issues are the only limitations.

Thank you for visiting my site.
